30-day policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

Non-Returnable Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

When Exchanges Are Possible

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Exchange Process:

  2. Ship your item to our address
  3. We’ll send the replacement once received

Gift Returns

Direct Gift Shipping

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return
  • Gift certificate will be mailed to you after we receive the returned item

Indirect Gift Shipping

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver:

  • Refund goes to the original gift giver
  • Gift giver will be notified about the return
